Marketplace rules

Freedom needs a clean line.

Use WAVE without an identity toll booth. Be honest, keep it lawful, and leave evidence inside the platform.

The deal

What everyone agrees to.

These rules apply whether you use an optional account, a private seller link or a buyer transaction link.

Lawful listings only

You may buy, sell or trade only items and services that are lawful where offered and exchanged. Read the prohibited listings page before posting.

Say what is true

Use current photos, disclose known defects, use an approximate location, and do not claim ownership, condition, authenticity or features you cannot support.

Keep the record on WAVE

Use WAVE messages, offers, locked terms, payment status and handoff confirmation when you want the platform’s evidence trail. Off-platform activity cannot be verified by WAVE.

Inspect before committing

Signal, AI screening and proof tools are evidence—not a guarantee of identity, ownership, quality or character. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for inspection and lawful transfer.

No custody or escrow

WAVE records deal terms and can verify supported payment signals. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, WAVE does not hold the item or the purchase funds.

Moderation is allowed

WAVE may hold, reject, remove or preserve listings and messages to enforce these rules, reduce abuse, respond to valid legal requests, or protect the service.

When something goes wrong

Stop. Preserve. Report.

Do not send more money or release an item because of pressure. Keep the conversation and transaction record intact, then use WAVE support. A dispute flag preserves the record; it does not decide who is legally right.

Questions or appeals?

Use the private support page. Support content stays in the control room; Telegram receives only a short activity summary.
