No data brokerage
WAVE does not sell personal information as a business model.
WAVE is account-optional, not data-free. Here is the plain-English map of what the service uses.
Do not put a street address, private phone number, wallet seed phrase, password or government ID in a listing or public message.
Published listings may show photos, description, approximate city or ZIP area, asking price, Signal evidence, public comments and deal availability.
If you create an account, WAVE uses your email and account identifier to connect listings and reputation. Sellers without accounts receive a private edit link or seller access code.
Offers, buyer contact details, deal terms, payment method, verification state, handoff events and disputes are stored for the people involved and the control room. Access links and codes must be kept private.
Listing text and selected images may be processed to draft, price, screen or verify a listing and answer listing questions. Do not upload unrelated personal information.
The payment provider processes billing details. WAVE keeps provider references, product, amount and status. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary network and device logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Telegram receives event summaries and a secure control-room link. It does not receive raw support text, raw public messages, emails, access codes, wallet destinations, transaction IDs or listing photos.
Data is used to publish and manage listings, screen prohibited activity, provide AI features, process purchases, rate-limit abuse, notify the operator, support users, keep transaction records and respond to valid legal requests.

Records may be kept while needed for the service, safety, disputes, accounting and legal obligations.
WAVE uses safeguards and minimizes exposure, but no online service can promise zero risk.
